This course consists of 17 minutes of video content, where I'll talk you through some of the key factors affecting relationships between co-parents, as well as sharing some really clear practical strategies you can follow in order to improve the ease of communication and create a safe and loving environment for your children.
The series comes with a really easy to follow study guide that you can download, print off and write on, or you can type into the PDF electronically if you prefer. As we talk together throughout the session, you can reflect on the questions in the study guide and consider what most resonates with you and how to best apply the learning to your individual and family needs.
